• Guests are allowed to bring one 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.
• It is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear at all times, including bathing suits, bikinis, board shorts, wet/bodysuits, goggles, slippers/swimming shoes, round-neck t-shirts, full-body swimwear, burkinis, and water-safe diapers.
• Please note that outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are not permitted in the park.
• Certain rides have height restrictions, and guests shorter than 1.1m may be restricted from participating in those rides.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.
