• Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of the Emirates. The Mall of the Emirates Station can be reached by taking the Red Line running from Rashidiya Station to the EXPO Station.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

While Ski Dubai provides all necessary equipment for activities, visitors are allowed to bring their own skiing or snowboarding equipment if they prefer.
