• It is recommended for flyers to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
• Restrictions for participants:
• Must weigh less than 105kg (232 pounds) and be shorter than 180cm (5ft9).
• Must weigh less than 115kg (254 pounds) and be taller than 180cm (5ft9).
• Must be 3 years old and above (Younger flyers must comfortably wear a helmet).
• Pregnant individuals are not allowed to participate.
• Flyers with a history of shoulder dislocation are not permitted.
• Participants should not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
• Wearing a plaster cast is not allowed.
• Flyers under the age of 18 must have signed permission from a parent or guardian.
• All participants are required to sign a waiver form before the experience.
