If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

1.Are we allowed to take food in Dubai Safari Park?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park.
2. Are there any dress codes at the Dubai Safari Park?
The use of respectful clothing is required within the park facilities (shoulders and knees should be covered). Guests who do not comply with the dress code may be stopped at the entrance of the park and asked to cover up.
3. How long do you need in Dubai Safari Park?
With so many animals, shows, activities and areas to explore, we recommend you to dedicate at least half a day to enjoy your time at Dubai Safari Park. Guests normally take 4-5 hours visiting the entire park.
4. Are there any interactive activities at the Safari Park?
Absolutely, you can indulge in some exciting activities like elephant ride, camel ride and feeding giraffes. You may also opt for a drive-through experience aboard a powerful vehicle wherein you can see all the animals!
5. Which metro station is closest to Dubai Safari Park?
The nearest metro station is the Rashidiya Metro Station, from where you will still have to get a cab which can cost up to 40 AED.
6. What is the best time to visit Safari park?
Regardless of the time of year, the best time of day to visit is in the morning as the animals tend to be most active then, before the temperatures reach afternoon highs. Tip: To avoid crowds, plan to visit the park on a weekday if possible.
7. Does Safari Park have Friday Juma prayers?
Absolutely! You can pray the Friday prayers in prayer rooms situated in three different locations around the park namely:
1. Main Building
2. Asian Village
3. African Village
8. What is the difference between Safari Park and Safari Journey tickets?
The Safari Journey tickets get you access to the Safari Journey experience that is part of the Explorer Village. Itâs a drive-through activity thatâs 35 to 40 minutes long. The Park Entrance ticket will not get you access to this attraction.
9. Does Dubai Safari Park have wifi?
Yes. To access the Wi-Fi, meet the service staff stationed at the main gate and ask them for the network and password; they will connect your phone.
