• Enjoy a 30-minute ride on an Abra boat.
• Watch the captivating fountain show.

Please note that these tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, but they are valid for an extended period of time.

• Time-specific entry for the lake ride, departing 15 minutes before each fountain show with no rescheduling option.
• Adult supervision required for children under 13 years old.
• Large luggage not permitted inside, but can be checked at the Secure Baggage Area. Small accessories, handbags, and cameras allowed.
• Each boat can accommodate up to 8 individuals.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone along with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.
• Please ensure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your experience.

Ticket Redemption Point

• Proceed to the Ground Floor of the Dubai Mall.
• Display your voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall.
• After exchanging your voucher for tickets, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains".
• Once outside, look for the "Lake Ride" sign.
• Enter the ticket kiosk located in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.

From here, it's a 15-minute walk through Dubai Mall to The Dubai Fountain.And by bus, If you are coming from the World Trade Centre area, take bus line 29 from the World Trade Centre Hotel 1 stop to Dubai Mall.
