• During the Holy Month of Ramadan, alcohol, belly dance show, and music are not operational in the Desert Safari.

• Wear lightweight clothing in summers; bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket in winters.
• Avoid eating 2-3 hours before the safari to prevent sickness during dune bashing.
• Strollers are allowed in the pick-up and drop-off vehicle if informed at the time of booking.
• Quad biking is restricted to guests aged 16 and above.
• Some entertainment shows may not be available on national holidays and Islamic occasions.
• Dune bashing is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, individuals with back and heart problems, and those with pre-existing medical conditions.
