AYA Universe:

• Facilities: Parking, Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility, Restroom, Free WIFI, Prayer Room.
• Entry is free for people of determination.
• Restrictions: Not allowed - flash photography, food and beverages except sealed drinking water.
• Not suitable for guests sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, and dark spaces.

Dubai Frame:

• Up to 5 members of single groups allowed per entry.
• Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.
• Facilities: Wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Outside food and drinks not allowed.
• Recommended to wear respectful clothing like long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, or a scarf to cover shoulders.
• Restrictions: Smoking not allowed.
• Don’t lean or climb over the railing; don’t sit or place children on the railing.
• Toys and sharp tools not allowed.
• Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

Dubai Frame is in Zabeel Park, reachable via the Dubai Metro (Al Jafiliya or ADCB station), taxi, or bus.
