Please note that these tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, but they are valid for an extended period of time.

  • Participants must be confident swimmers, capable of treading water and swimming with a mask and snorkel.
  • Each group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
  • Participants must be at least 8 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of 3 children per adult.

Confirmation Policy

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.
