Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or older.

Children under 2 are not allowed in Snow Abu Dhabi.
Drift’s Downhill Run and Snow Hare’s Bunny Hill: Height between 0.9m and 1.2m.
Crystal Carousel and Polar Express: Height above 1.05m. Riders below 1.05m must be with an adult.
Tree Slide: Height above 1.1m.
Ice & Floe’s Bumper Tubes: Height above 1.2m.
