Jebel Jais Sky Tour

• Facilities available include GoPro rental, free car parking, restrooms, and lockers.
• Please be aware that weather conditions may affect the experience.
• Participants under 18 years old who meet height and weight requirements can join the tour with an accompanying adult and a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
• All participants must be in good medical condition to participate.
• Original passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for every participant and should be presented at the counter.
• It is advisable to bring a jacket and sunscreen.
• Strict dress code: Wear athletic clothes with sturdy and closed-toe shoes such as trainers or running shoes. Dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear are not allowed.
• Restrictions apply for guests weighing less than 40kg or more than 100kg and shorter than 122cm.
• The experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any impairing substances.

Global Village

• Entry gates close 30 minutes before Global Village's closing time.
• This ticket grants admission only; shopping, entertainment, rides, and shows are not included.
• Tickets valid for single entry between Oct 18, 2023, and Apr 28, 2024.
• Tuesdays are for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays).
• Some Public Holidays are designated as family days; check for updates.
• Kids under 3, seniors over 65, and People of Determination ID card holders enter free.
• No ticket refunds under any circumstances.
• Resale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited.
• Children must wear provided safety wristbands.
• Smoking only allowed in designated areas.
• Respectful attire covering torso, shoulders, legs, and knees is required.
• Global Village may change opening times or suspend shows/rides for safety, maintenance, or private events.
• Consent to being photographed/filmed in the park.
• Global Village reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests for various reasons.
• No public displays of affection or indecent behavior.
• No wheeled devices allowed unless rented at the Park.
• Prohibited items: animals/pets, smoking, food/beverages, and travel luggage/suitcases.
