• Large bags and strollers should be stored at GATE 4 Counter for a hassle-free experience.
• Differently-abled individuals can enter free of charge, and the attraction is designed to be wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Please refrain from bringing outside food and drinks into the venue.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited at Dubai Frame.

• You can redeem your tickets directly at the entrance of the attraction: Palm Tower Dubai.
• The Palm Tower is located in the heart of the Palm Jumeirah Islands. The tower is directly connected to Nakheel Mall.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 30 minutes of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM (UTC+04:00), you will receive a ticket voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

The View at Palm is located at the Palm Jumeirah. To reach there, you can take the monorail from Gateway station to Palm Jumeirah and then a taxi to The View.
